The Ashford at Sturbridge will be a gorgeous, state-of-the-art, three-story assisted living community adjacent to Sturbridge Green, one of Walli ck’s affordable senior apartment communities, in Hilliard, Ohio.

Unlike the two existing Ashfords, The Ashford at Sturbridge will be a newly constructed affordable assisted living community—Wallick's first—and will have a total of 124 studio and one-bedroom suites. When complete, the community will create an opportunity for seniors in Hilliard and surrounding areas, who cannot afford the steep cost of market-rate assisted living, to have a beautiful place to live and be cared for.

When finished, the community will not only serve as a new assisted living option for seniors, but will also create an extension of Hilliard's multi-purpose pathway. Soon, residents of Hilliard will have easier access to amenities on the city's Main Street.
