In 2017, Wallick acquired over 600 new affordable apartments, expanding into Wisconsin and West Virginia, and growing its portfolio in Indiana. New communities include:

• White Birch – 356 units, Milwaukee, WI
• Sun Valley – 80 units, Anderson, IN
• Brownstone – 95 units, Indianapolis, IN
• Liberty Manor – 50 units, Liberty, KY
• Rivermont – 47 units, Montgomery, WV

Wallick is currently in the closing process of three other acquisitions in Wisconsin and Ohio.
