Wallick Awarded Two Tax Credit Deals

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) awarded Wallick Communities $1, 250,000 in 9% low-income housing tax credits to finance the construction of The Landings at Delta Crossing, which will provide a high-quality, safe housing option for seniors in Maumee, OH. Delta Crossing will have one and two-bedroom apartments – a total of 60 units.

OHFA awarded Wallick an additional $760,000 in tax credits to fund the rehabilitation of Greentree Apartments, a multifamily community in Cincinnati, OH with a total of 50 units with two-, three-, and four-bedroom options.
