Wallick Awarded Funds for Senior New Construction & Acquisition-Rehabilitation Projects in Ohio & Indiana
In late November, Wallick received two separate awards to fund The Landings at Delta Crossing, a new construction project in Maumee, OH, and Walnut Ridge Apartments, an acquisition-rehabilitation project in Indianapolis, IN. Both communities will serve seniors (55+).

This is in addition to the 9% low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) award the project previously received from the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA). RDL Architects will serve as the project’s architect.
