Wallick Acquires Two Ohio Communities

Wallick recently acquired two affordable apartment communities in Ohio, Stow Kent Gardens and Overbrook Park.

Stow Kent is nestled in Stow, OH, about 45 minutes northeast of Akron. The Section 8 community has 85 apartments and serves families and seniors.

Overbrook Park resides in the city of Chillicothe, OH. The community consists of 50 two and three-bedroom townhomes, also serving families through the Section 8 program.

Not only do the acquisitions of Stow Kent Gardens and Overbrook Park expand Wallick’s Ohio portfolio, but they also expand our mission of opening doors to homes, opportunities, and hope. It’s our greatest pleasure to welcome these communities and residents to our family.
