Organizational Update – Expanding Leadership to Strengthen Alignment and Strategy

We’re pleased to share an update  to our organizational structure that reflects Wallick’s ongoing growth and our commitment to strengthening collaboration across key business functions.

Effective this week, Information Technology (IT) will now fall under the leadership of Dr. Bryan Lenzo, who currently leads Human Resources, Business Intelligence, and the Project Management Office. With this expanded scope, Bryan’s title will change to Senior Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness and Technology.

This realignment brings together people, systems, data and execution under one leadership structure. It’s designed to enhance coordination, accelerate progress on strategic initiatives and support the continued evolution of our organization.

Since joining Wallick in 2020, Bryan has been instrumental in advancing a data-driven mindset and reinforcing people-first culture. His leadership has helped shape several core functions that support our workforce and operations, and his ability to cultivate high-performing, talented teams has positioned Wallick to grow with both intention and impact.

We also thank Sarah Malone, Chief Financial Officer, for her leadership of the IT Team up to this point. Her guidance and support have helped set a strong foundation as the team continues forward under Bryan’s leadership.
