Congressman Brad Wenstrup Visits Fenner Ridge Apartments

On Tuesday, Wallick was honored and grateful to welcome Congressman Brad Wenstrup to our newly opened Fenner Ridge Apartments community in his district of OH-02. Fenner Ridge is largely funded through low-income housing tax credits and serves as a beacon of hope for families across Southwest Ohio.

Congressman Wenstrup is a lead sponsor of the Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act and a true champion of the Housing Credit.

According to The ACTION Campaign, since its creation in 1986, the Housing Credit has generated $1.42 billion in wages and business income and preserved 7,573 homes in Congressman Wenstrup’s district alone. Nationwide, the Housing Credit has financed over 3.8 million homes for low-income families and individuals.
