From property management to development to construction to asset management, we do affordable housing the way Jack Wallick would, responsibly and with care.
In fact, that’s the whole reason Jack formed Wallick Construction Company in 1966. He cared enough to take on the liabilities and abandoned contracts of a defunct, out-of-state contractor, even though he wasn’t obligated to.
Together with his business partner Sandy Goldston, they fulfilled each and every one of those commitments. Along the way, they restored trust, established a foundation of integrity, and left a legacy we work hard to live up to—and even surpass.
Although Jack and Sandy are now gone, their ideals haven’t gone anywhere. We’re still in the business of changing the world for low-to-moderate income families and seniors, and we still believe:
CEO Amy Albery and a highly experienced executive team lead Wallick Communities.
