Wallick Awarded 1.2M in Housing Credits
Wallick recently received a 9% tax credit award. The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) Board of Directors approved a reservation of credits for 17 developments: one being a reservation of $1,200,000 in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and a $500,000 Development Fund loan for the preservation of Franklin Cove Apartments.
This Wallick-owned asset has a total of 108 units (48 1-BR, 60 2-BR) for families, as well as seniors 62 and older. Fully accessible units will be available throughout the property for individuals of any age. It is located in Johnson County, 30 minutes south of Indianapolis.
