We are searching for a Lead PCA join our team at The Grove at Oakleaf Toledo. This is a full time position that has both administrative duties, and works the floor. Our PCA’s provide exceptional care to our memory-challenged residents.
- HS Diploma/GED
- Must have proficiency working with a computer and other office equipment
- FA Trained / CPR Certified; Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, family members, visitors, and staff.
- Previous assisted living facility experience is a plus.
